No Pets Are Allowed. Any expenses incurred, other than the actual room charges, are the responsibility of the user including sales and resort taxes, meals, transportation, phone, roll-a-ways, key deposits and items of personal nature.

 

Your promotional Tour

 

You will be taking your promotional resort tour at The Calypso Cay Resort. Driving directions to The Calypso Cay Resort from The Regal Palms Resort & Spa are in this letter below. To get your tour time, simply stop at The Calypso Cay Tour center,  the day you arrive in Orlando at the address listed below, any day of the week from 8am - 2pm. Do not let anyone change the location or time of your tour but us. Failure to tour at the resort we designate will result in you being charged $350.00. You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE TOUR - Upon arrival, at the Welcome Center, one of the cheerful front desk representatives will greet you. After registration your vacation representative will answer any and all of your questions and ask for your comments. That is all there is to it! You will be helping them and they will have the opportunity to show that comfortable vacations, in exotic locales, at a reasonable price are no longer just a dream!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OFFER - This offer is limited to married couples & cohabiting adults between 25-68 years old, and single woman between 30-68 years old with a yearly household income of at least $50,000 before taxes. If you are cohabiting, you must both possess photo identification, with the same physical address. If married or cohabiting, both must travel and attend the 90 minute presentation together.

No residents of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Volusia, Miami Dade or Broward Counties in the state of Florida are eligible for this offer. No single men without a live in significant other or full time students are eligible for this offer.

Two forms of identification are required. Acceptable identifications are a driver’s license and a major credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover).  Regular ATM & Bank Debit cards are not acceptable. You must not have toured the Calypso Cay resort in the last 12 months.

Limit one promotional package per household. No group travel is permitted. A group is considered more than one family traveling together to the same resort location, with the same arrival dates, staying in more than 1 unit. This vacation package may not be combined with any other vacation package or vacation offer. You must bring this entire confirmation letter with you, to check in & to the tour.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS - If you find it necessary to change or cancel your reservation, call The Vacation Store at 1-888-972-1595.  All changes and cancellations must be made at least 4 days prior to arrival date. Failure to cancel or arrive will result in guest being charged for room nights at rack rate. Failure to meet the above qualifications will result in vacation offer being null and void and guest being charged for all room nights at rack rate. You must meet all qualifications as stated above in order to check in. Arriving for room nights, presentation and/or gifts will acknowledge your agreement of all terms and conditions of this offer.

  • Follow signs to I-4 East

  • Continue on I-4 East for approximately 54 miles

  • Exit onto Highway 27 North (I-4 Exit Number 55)

  • Take Highway 27 North approximately 6 miles to Sand Mine Road (Note: Berry Town Center (Publix shopping Plaza will be on left)

  • Turn left on Sand Mine Road

  • Entrance to Resort is located on the right at 2700 SandMine Road

From Miami and SE Florida via Florida Turnpike & I-4:

  • Take Florida Turnpike to I-4 West (Exit Number 259)

  • Continue on I-4 West for approximately 22 miles

  • Exit onto Highway 27 North (I-4 Exit Number 55)

  • Take Highway 27 North approximately 6 miles to Sand Mine Road (Note: Berry Town Center (Publix shopping Plaza will be on left)

  • Turn left on Sand Mine Road

  • Entrance to Resort is located on the right at 2700 SandMine Road

From Ocala Area and NW Florida via Florida Turnpike:

  • Take Florida Turnpike to Highway 27 South (Exit Number 289)

  • Continue on Highway 27 South for approximately 31 miles (Note: Berry Town Center (Publix Shopping Plaza will be on your right).

  • Turn right on Sand Mine Road

  • Entrance to Resort is located on the right at 2700 Sand

From Orlando International Airport via FL-528 & I-4:

  • Take 528 West (Beachline Expressway) forapproximately 10.5 miles to I-4 West

  • Continue on I-4 West for another 17 miles

  • Exit onto Highway 27 North (I-4 Exit Number 55)

  • Take Highway 27 North approximately 6 miles to Sand Mine Road (Note: Berry Town Center (Publix shopping Plaza will be on left)

  • Turn left on Sand Mine Road

  • Entrance to Resort is located on the right at 2700 Sand Mine Road

From Orlando Sanford International Airport via I-4:

  • Take East Lake Mary Boulevard to I-4 West(approximately 7 miles)

  • Continue on I-4 West for approximately 43 miles

  • Exit onto Highway 27 North (I-4 Exit Number 55)
