 Just want to say the service I have gotten so far has been great. Tom and Nicole have
both been wonderful. I was unsure about using the web to book our upcoming vacation,
(worried about a scam) but when I looked into the BBB to check out the vacation store, The
Indiana and Florida BBB both have them in good standing.
Also, they called me to get my ok to charge the balance of our trip when it was due. A lot of
places would have just run the card. I plan to post again when we return from our trip in 2
weeks.

I booked a last minute trip thru the vacation store. I was a little uneasy because of all
the online scams, but when I called the 800 number the customer service rep put me at
ease, she told me what they had available during the time I wanted to travel. And the price
fit my budget.
I couldn't believe the resort, it was like nothing I'd ever seen in person...more than worth
the price I paid. The resort staff and service were also over the top. I would definitely love
to stay there in the future.

I absolutely love the Vacation Store. This is my third year using them for our family
vacations. Every resort we have stayed at has been top of the line. If you are ever in
Florida and have small children, the Liki Tiki Village is awesome. We are scheduled to stay
at Tuscana this year and I have know doubt it will be top of the line as well.
And lastly, you want find a cheaper vacation package with 5 star quality than with the
Vacation Store.

Since our friends were vacationing in Orlando, we were looking to join them. They already
were booked for a week. We called the vacation Store and they got us a room for three
nights in the same location as our friends.
It was quick, economical, and sufficient. We just came back and everything was to our

I had a very good experience with the Vacation Store. The resort I booked was sold out for
the dates I requested. I received a call the same day from Nicole, and she apologized for the
inconvenience. But what amazed me is, she went the extra mile to advise me which resorts
were available. Also, she gave me the websites so I could review them and then call her back
with my decision. I really appreciated her excellent customer service skills. It was our first
anniversary and we really enjoyed our stay!!

This was the best service I have ever had over the phone with anyone booking me for a
hotel. My friends booked with Nikki and said she was the best so i decided to also ask for Nikki.
She was the most honest and sincere person I have ever spoken to about a reservation or
something of that nature.
I was about to book with some other company but they tried to rip me off and give me something
that was horrible. I found out that the people of the Vacation Store don't work off of commission
so why should they lie to me. I will always choose the vacation store whenever I want to make a
reservation for a 5 star resort for a cheap price and I hope you will too.

Well I must admit I have never tried a website like this before in my life. And I am happy

My family and I recently purchased a vacation through the vacation store. Nicole

My family and I searched all over the internet for a good deal for the 9 of us that were
traveling to orlando, when we found the vacation store and saw the different accommodations,
we picked one right away and dealt with Nicole. What a pleasure she was.
The price was great, the accommodations were very comfortable for 9 of us, and the resort
was very family oriented, with pools and an activity center only steps from our rooms, and was
only 10 minutes from Disney.
When we took the time share tour the staff was very courteous and didn't really use any high
pressure sales tactics. I will forever check with the vacation store before I decide to travel
somewhere.

I was searching the web looking for condos in the Orlando area and came across the
Vacation Store website. I was shocked to see that I could stay at a resort for such
a low price. Yes I was skeptical. Then I called The Vacation Store and spoke with
Nicole. She is without a doubt the most knowledgeable travel expert I have ever dealt with.
She answered every question I had with professionalism and expertise that put my skepticism
at ease. We booked a vacation at the Fountains and had a wonderful time. My boys walked in
the condo and said, "Wow, is this room ever cool". They had never stayed in a condo so beautiful.

We stayed at the Village at the parkway. Although we had a little bit of trouble upon
check-in at the check-in center, a call to Nicole corrected the problem within minutes.
We enjoyed our stay and it made my grand daughter's third birthday to Disney a day to

Hi Nicole, I just wanted to say thanks for the excellent customer service you provide.
We just returned March 21, 2009 from 5 day stay at the Regal Palms and 5 days the Tuscana
Resort. Both of the places were great, the kids loved the pool areas and games room, grandma
enjoyed the easy get around part of things; both places were big enough to accommodate a
family of 6 and still not feel that space was lacking.
Locations were very close to the heart and soul of all the theme parks and all the shopping outlets
that anyone would need. We look forward to booking with you again very soon when we go on
vacation, due to the huge savings and wonderful accommodations you have to offer.

We just returned from a week at The Fountains Resort in Orlando and I want to thank you
for the best accommodations I have ever stayed at on holiday! Booking with The Vacation

I was hesitant about what we might get when we arrived in Orlando but we were all amazed at
the resort. The timeshare presentation almost has us signed up but I kept reminding myself...
"Why buy a timeshare when we can always just book with The Vacation store for so much

Nicole is the essence of customer service. She was very creative in booking our reservations
since we would be in Orlando for two weeks. We stayed at both The Fountains and The Villas.
The Fountains were ideal in that it was close to International Drive and the Disney Parks.
The Villas had larger accommodations but a little farther drive out.
The heated pools at both the Fountains and the Villas were great (even in December!). The
accommodations were immaculate and comfortable when we had a six and eight year olds.
The grounds were clean and secure. Even the elevator button breaking was attended to
immediately. There were many activities at the Fountains for both adults and children.
We would definitely book our reservations with them again!

I dealt with both Nicole and Tom at the Vacation Store. Both were so helpful and accommodating.
I was a bit nervous and apprehensive about purchasing a package that seemed "too good to be true"
but Nicole did not put any "salesman" pressure on us and I felt that she was very honest and was
only interested in helping us find the package we were happy and comfortable with.
There was a time I had to change my reservation dates and Nicole was on top of it and kept informing
me of the status of my reservation. She made this vacation planning very smooth! Thank you so

Excited would be an understatement about my positive experience with the Vacation
Store. On the top of our wish list was an extended family vacation, during the 2009 school
year spring break, to enchanting Orlando, Florida.
My previous attempts, through other vacation planners, fell far short of our expectations.
Therefore, I decided to strike out on my own and surf the web to see what might emerge.
That's when I discovered a vacation package to Regal Villas in Orlando. Although the price
of the package was excellent, I was blown away when I called and spoke with Nicole,
consultant for the Vacation store.
Nicole proceeded to give me a verbal tour so comprehensive and visual that I found myself
rushing to secure and finalize our family plans. Prior to Nicole's presentation, I was considering
a couple of different options. Normally I am considered to be "high maintenance" when it comes
to achieving my vacation desires!
I can say without any reservations, that Nicole is the best vacation ambassador I have ever

I would like to commend Nicole for the excellent customer service which she extended in
lue of the present emergency situation for loss of power due to a storm for the location
of the business. She answered any and all questions with sincerity and patience in regards to
the doubts that I had with this great opportunity for the possibility of an affordable Orlando
vacation package for my family at available resorts.
I explained to my wife about Nicole's sheer professionalism and detailed recommendations for

My trip to Punta Cana was excellent and the Hotel was wonderful... I must admit I was
a skeptic as far as "what you pay is what you get" but that was not the case here.

We traveled in Feb. 2008 from Boston, MA to Orlando, FL. with a 4 year old and two 1
year olds. I happened to stumble upon the Vacation Store while trying to plan our trip
and I am sure glad I did.
Nicole bent over backwards to make sure our family vacation was exactly what we were looking
for. She was extremely accommodating and answered any questions I had fully and patiently.
We had a couple of minor issues at the resort but Nicole made a phone call and straightened out
everything.
It turned out to be a very enjoyable vacation at a very affordable price.

We booked for a vacation to Orlando at Vacation Village at Parkway, thank you to Nicole for
suggesting this resort, it really was very spacious and accommodated all six members of my
family in 2 bedroom villa with pool view, the kids had the best time in the pools.
The location was very convenient to Universal. Also changing dates of travel was very easy.

the vacation store through a friends sister, and I must say that I didn't believe them
at first on how affordable they where.
I chose to go to the silver lake resort and the customer service I received from Nicole was

We used The Vacation Store for the first time to visit Disney in Orlando. Even though I
waited until the last minute to plan lodging, the TVS staff worked overtime to make sure we
had a nice place to stay.
In the end, we had two nice resort opportunities, and the second one (Bahama Bay) was

My family and I returned from our vacation on Saturday and I must say, we
had a blast at Vacation Village at Parkway. Ususally, we'd park hop everyday of our
vacation but this time we enjoyed the pools and activities offered at the resort.
The timeshare presentation was like no other. No hassle to buy at all. We toured
the neighboring town of Celebration, FL. It's an area created for the Disney Execs
and their families. It was really nice there. I would recommend Vacation Village to
anyone. The photo of the bed on this site scarred me but the furniture is updated
from that picture. The beds are comfortable and the rooms were clean and very
well maintained.

First of all; Great customer service. Nicole was exceptional at helping me. I work nights and
most people don't pay attention when I say contact me late evening. But, she did! We're planning
a 17 day vacation in Sept 08 and I needed someone's expertise to help me plan our stay and with
the way the economy is today we needed the best deal we could get and I am so grateful

I have been on one Vacation through the vacation store and had a wonderful time.
I have just booked another vacation In Orlando Florida and cant wait to go. I had the best

The resorts are gorgeous and spacious with kitchens. It definitely beats staying in a hotel

I just accidentally ran across the vacation store website while searching for a nice
resort to stay at this 4th of July! I am so glad I found you! Nicole was an absolute Godsend!
even though the resort we wanted was not available, she was able to get us into another

We have booked our vacations through you the last 3 years and we have never been disappointed
in the resorts we have stayed at. Cypress Pointe, Liki Tiki and our most recent trip to Silver Lake

We have used The Vacation Store twice now. Nicole was very helpful and honest. We
received everything promised to us and the free vacation was really free with no hooks or
catches. We purchased our first package and had a great time. Things went just as explained.

The condo at Liki Tiki was nice and my son loved the water park. We just returned home after our

We had a wonderful stay at Silver Lake Resort. It was everything that Nicole told me when
I called and in fact it surpassed my expectations. We needed some items and the were at our
condo in some cases before I got back from walking from the Main Desk area. Everyone was very
cordial from the front desk to the security guard at the front gate. My wife and I will definitely

We had a wonderful trip. Checking in and out was a breeze. The Silver Lake timeshare
presentation was enjoyable. Sure they want you to buy for a good reason. They are not for
everyone so use it for education until you are ready to purchase. They treated us with respect.
Great location, Great Resort. My hat is off to Nicole and Tom with how they handled a booking
problem when it came up. Mistakes can happen once in a while. It is just how they are handled,
is the true measure. It wasn't their mistake and they went to bat for us and it became a
wonderful trip.

We got back a few days ago from a 5 day Vegas trip. The hotel was more than we could
have ever asked for and the service was incredible. The staff was amazing and the view was
even better.
I would recommend this site to anyone and I have been passing it along since before we left,
and even more since we've returned.

I just came back from a 7night/6day vacation. I enjoyed myself in Orlando FL. My kids had a

I am just getting back from Kissimmee Florida. My family and I enjoyed ourselves to the fullest
at Disney world and universal studio. The Silver Lake Resort was nice I recommend anyone to book
there vacation with Vacation Store. The presentation was was fun there was not a bored moment
the whole four days I was there.
I have got to book me another vacation through vacation store for next year. It was a blast.
Everything that was said by Nicole was true there was no gimmicks at all.

At the beginning I was skeptical about the whole thing. I couldn’t believe the prices that were
offered on those time shares. I thought it was a scam at first, but with a $69 rate for a 4 day 3
night stay I was offer what did I had to loose. So I gave it a try and called the 1-888-972-1595
and was lucky to be helped by Nicole, who was nothing but courteous and helpful with every step
from booking to getting information on activities and parks to visit in Orlando.
Thanks to Nicole’s recommendations on which parks to visit when traveling with a 2 yr old my
vacation was great. I can honestly say it was my best family vacation ever. The Silver Lake Resort
staff was the best. I will recommend everyone to book their vacations with Nicole from The
Vacation Store.

I want to thank Nicole, Tom and the Vacation Store for the good customer service and the
wonderful trip that was booked less thank a week. We booked the San Antonio trip and we had
a good time. My kids did not want to leave the place. We stayed in a 1 bedroom on a ranch and
it was one of the best experiences me and my family have ever had. I would definitely recommend
it to anyone. Everyone was nice and they treated us like family.

My family and I had such a wonderful time at the Liki Tiki Village!!! The pools were great and
the condos were nice and comfortable! Nothing like a hotel! The staff were nice and the site was

We have not taken our vacation yet, but if the resort is as good as the customer service I'm
sure we'll have a great time. I had many questions and Tammy handled them with outstanding

The Villa we stayed in in Orlando was beautiful, we enjoyed it a lot. Any time we needed
something, it was at our door literally in seconds. From check in to the check out, the service
was fantastic.

We just returned from a 7-night vacation to the Liki Tiki Village in Orlando. It was GREAT!!!
The accommodations were fantastic, as were all of the facilities. It was really great to have
a kitchen and washer/dryer since we were traveling with a 4 year old. We will definitely visit
here again.
Also, Nicole at the Vacation Store was a dream to work with. She answered any and all
questions that I had and really put my mind at ease. We had never visited a time share
resort before so I was somewhat leery about the whole process. She explained
everything ahead of time to me and it was just as she described.

Nicole, In many ways you have made it possible for me to take other family members to
Florida that could never afford it. It is a blessing that the vacation store can offer such
great prices and for just a small fee and a 90 minute presentation. I must admit I was
very skeptical about the vacation store, you hear about all the internet scams and it
makes it very scary. But with your exceptional customer service, you made me feel so
comfortable and feel that you and the vacation store is trustworthy.
Again, I thank you and the vacation store for an adventure that my family members will

Thanks Nicole! I cant say enough about the way you put up with all my changes right up to the
very last minute! Silver Lake was awesome. Have bragged and referred the vacation store to
everyone I know. This was our 5th trip to Orlando and the first time to stay in a timeshare. The
accommodations alone were worth it. I would love to stay at Silver Lake again. My daughter loved
it and the huge pool.

We were put in a brand new condo which was simply amazing! There is no doubt we will be

my husband and I had a wonderful time in
Orlando. We have eight children and needed
some one on one time for just the two of us
and The Silver Lake Resort was the prefect
spot. Nicole was very helpful and took time up
with me in booking and the whole process. I
had my confirmation in two days because I
booked on the weekend.
She sent me
driving directions on how to get there and
everything went smoothly. No problems with the
reservations, they had everything at the front
desk waiting on us.. I just called and spoke
with Nicole again and booked another trip for
the end of May.. Also in the near future we
will be booking a trip to Las Vegas and I will
definitely give you a call.. You can not beat
these deals no matter where you look. The
service is great too!
