  The Vacation Store has such a valuable asset in Nicole. She is so professional, helpful and 

knowledgeable. I spoke with Nicole at least three (3) times before booking my reservation. 

She was never impatient with me and if my questions seemed too far fetched to her, she still 

took the time to calmly explain the upcoming vacation deal to me.

  First of all; Great customer service. Nicole was exceptional at helping me. I work nights and 

most people don't pay attention when I say contact me late evening. But, she did! We're planning 

a 17 day vacation in Sept 08 and I needed someone's expertise to help me plan our stay and with 

the way the economy is today we needed the best deal we could get and I am so grateful 

for the vacation store and Nicole. 

I work long hours and need this vacation and without the deals that the vacation store offer; 

people like me wouldn't be able to take a vacation. The financial arrangements they are allowed 

to make are awesome.

 I have been on one Vacation through the vacation store and had a wonderful time. 

I have just booked another vacation In Orlando Florida and cant wait to go. I had the best 

service on the phone. The operator gave me all kinds of information and answered all of my 

questions. 

The resorts are gorgeous and spacious with kitchens. It definitely beats staying in a hotel 

and they are priced cheaper than the hotels.

  I would like to thank you for the great service I received while booking our family vacation 

on your site. I must admit I was a bit nervous about doing business with you because you hear 

so much about scams these days. But you made me feel very comfortable, answering any 

questions I had. You didn't pressure me. I called to inquire one day then booked several days

Store last year for our vacation and had a wonderful time at Silver Lake Resort. We had 

originally booked at Liki Tiki, but as we did it online and on the weekend we ended up not 

being able to go there as planned.

Nicole was AWESOME in helping us to make a smooth transition from one resort to the other. 

I have just booked our vacation for this year at the Liki Tiki resort and we cant wait for the

  I just accidentally ran across the vacation store website while searching for a nice 

resort to stay at this 4th of July! I am so glad I found you! Nicole was an absolute Godsend! 

even though the resort we wanted was not available, she was able to get us into another 

great resort, on July 4th no less! 

The customer service Nicole gave was fantastic, and the greatest part is we saved over 

$500.00 for the week and got free tickets to a show! this is our final hooray with our

in the resorts we have stayed at.  Cypress Pointe, Liki Tiki and our most recent trip to Silver Lake

waterpark onsite, for less than $70 a night?  That's just absurd!

  We have used The Vacation Store twice now.  Nicole was very helpful and honest.  We 

received everything promised to us and the free vacation was really free with no hooks or 

catches. We purchased our first package and had a great time.  Things went just as explained.  

We toured the resort and chose not to buy and still had no problems.  

The condo at Liki Tiki was nice and my son loved the water park. We just returned home after our 

free vacation package and again had a great time and no problems.  You can not go wrong with

  We had a wonderful stay at Silver Lake Resort.  It was everything that Nicole told me when 

I called and in fact it surpassed my expectations. We needed some items and the were at our 

condo in some cases before I got back from walking from the Main Desk area. Everyone was very
cordial from the front desk to the security guard at the front gate.  My wife and I will definitely 

use the Vacation Store again when we can get our children and grandchildren to go with us.

  We had a wonderful trip. Checking in and out was a breeze. The Silver Lake timeshare 

presentation was enjoyable. Sure they want you to buy for a good reason. They are not for 

everyone so use it for education until you are ready to purchase. They treated us with respect. 

Great location, Great Resort. My hat is off to Nicole and Tom with how they handled a booking 

problem when it came up. Mistakes can happen once in a while. It is just how they are handled, 

is the true measure. It wasn't their mistake and they went to bat for us and it became a 

wonderful trip.
