Check in time to the Welcome Center is

7:00AM to 11:00PM  If you will be arriving after 11:00PM you must call the Welcome Center, on the day of your arrival, to arrange for late check in. We have guaranteed your arrival until 11:00PM, after which, if there is no notification, the reservation is cancelled.

 

Arrivals after 11:00PM may be required to be secured by a credit card. No Pets Are Allowed. Any expenses incurred, other than the actual room charges, are the responsibility of the user (sales and resort taxes, meals, transportation, phone, roll-a-ways, key deposits and items of personal nature.

 

Your promotional Tour

 

You will be taking your promotional resort tour at The Calypso Cay Resort. Driving directions to The Calypso Cay Resort from The Legacy Dunes Resort are in this letter below. To get your tour time, simply stop at The Calypso Cay Tour center,  the day you arrive in Orlando at the address listed below, any day of the week from 8am - 2pm. Do not let anyone change the location or time of your tour but us. Failure to tour at  the assigned resort in this letter, will result in you being charged $350.00. You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE TOUR - Upon arrival, at the Welcome Center, one of the cheerful front desk representatives will greet you. After registration your vacation representative will answer any and all of your questions and ask for your comments. That is all there is to it! You will be helping them and they will have the opportunity to show that comfortable vacations, in exotic locales, at a reasonable price are no longer just a dream!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OFFER - This offer is limited to married couples & cohabiting adults between 25-68 years old, and single woman between 30-68 years old with a yearly household income of at least $50,000 before taxes. If you are cohabiting, you must both possess photo identification, with the same physical address. If married or cohabiting, both must travel and attend the 90 minute presentation together.

No residents of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Volusia, Miami Dade or Broward Counties in the state of Florida are eligible for this offer. No single men without a live in significant other or full time students are eligible for this offer.

Two forms of identification are required. Acceptable identifications are a driver’s license and a major credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover).  Regular ATM & Bank Debit cards are not acceptable. You must not have toured the Calypso Cay resort in the last 12 months.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS - If you find it necessary to change or cancel your reservation, call The Vacation Store at 1-888-972-1595.  All changes and cancellations must be made at least 4 days prior to arrival date. Failure to cancel or arrive will result in guest being charged for room nights at rack rate. Failure to meet the above qualifications will result in vacation offer being null and void and guest being charged for all room nights at rack rate. You must meet all qualifications as stated above in order to check in. Arriving for room nights, presentation and/or gifts will acknowledge your agreement of all terms and conditions of this offer.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

 

You will be staying at The Legacy Dunes Resort. But your 90 minute tour will be at the nearby Calypso Cay Resort. It is just a short drive away from the Legacy Dunes Resort to The Calypso Cay Resort. The directions to the resort you are staying at and to the tour from the resort are below.

From The Orlando International Airport (MCO)

  • Start out going SOUTH on AIRPORT BLVD toward S ACCESS RD.

  • Turn SLIGHT LEFT to take the ramp toward TERMINAL B/SR-436/NORTH EXIT/SR-528-TOLL.

  • Stay STRAIGHT to go onto AIRPORT BLVD.

  • Take the SR-528-TOLL W exit, EXIT 1B, toward INTERNATIONAL DRIVE/I-4/FLORIDA'S TURNPIKE.

  • Merge onto FL-528 TOLL W (Portions toll).

  • Merge onto I-4 W via the exit on the LEFT toward TAMPA.

  • Merge onto US-192 W/W IRLO BRONSON MEMORIAL HWY

  • Turn LEFT onto LEGACY BLVD.

  • End at 3200 Legacy Blvd Kissimmee, FL 34747-1400

  • Start out going SOUTH on LEGACY BLVD toward LEGACY CT.

  • Turn SHARP RIGHT to stay on LEGACY BLVD.

  • Turn RIGHT onto W IRLO BRONSON MEMORIAL HWY/US-192 ( Heading East)

  • Turn LEFT onto FL-535 N/VINELAND RD.

  • Turn SLIGHT LEFT onto CALYPSO CAY WAY.

  • End at 4951 CALYPSO CAY WAY on the RIGHT.
