Take I-10 East toward HAMMOND/NEW ORLEANS. Take EXIT 234B on the LEFT toward POYDRAS ST/SUPERDOME.  Stay STRAIGHT on POYDRAS ST. Turn LEFT onto CONVENTION CENTER BLVD.   Cross CANAL ST.  and see the below instructions to get in the parking garages.

 

From the Southwest/Morgan City

Take US-90 EAST.  Merge onto I-310 NORTH toward DONALDSONVILLE/NEW ORLEANS.  Marge onto I-10 EAST via EXIT 1A toward NEW ORLEANS.   Take EXIT 234B on the LEFT toward POYDRAS ST/SUPERDOME.  Stay STRAIGHT on POYDRAS ST. Turn LEFT onto CONVENTION CENTER BLVD.   Cross CANAL ST.  and see the above instructions to get in the parking garages.


 From the East/Gulfport, MS

Take I-10 towards NEW ORLEANS. Take EXIT 235B toward CANAL ST/SUPERDOME.  Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto S DERBIGNY ST.  Take RIGHT onto CANAL ST. Go to almost the end of Canal Street and make a u-turn in front of Sak’s in One Canal Place.  Go one-half block to N. Peters and see the below instructions to get in the parking garages. 

 

From the North East/Hattiesburg, MS

Take I-59 SOUTH.  Merge onto I-10 W via EXIT 1C on the LEFT toward I-10 W/NEW ORLEANS.  Take EXIT 235B toward CANAL ST/SUPERDOME.  Turn SLIGHT RIGHT onto S DERBIGNY ST.  Take RIGHT onto CANAL ST. Go to almost the end of Canal Street and make a u-turn in front of Sak’s in One Canal Place.  Go one-half block to N. Peters and see the below instructions to get in the parking garages.

 

From all other Public Parking Lots

Enter at street level the One Canal Place Office Tower (365 CANAL PLACE). Take the LOW RISE ELEVATORS 2-17.  Festiva Resorts Preview Center is located on the 15th Floor.  Upon arriving at the 15th Floor, EXIT the Elevator and enter through Festiva Resorts’ French doors to begin your adventure with Festiva Resorts.

PARKING GARAGE INSTRUCTIONS

Parking

There are several different options for public parking: There is parking in the Canal Place Garage located at the rear of the building.  Beginning at One Canal Place (Sak’s Fifth Avenue Mall, 31 Story Office Building (365 Canal Street), and Westin Hotel) Take first RIGHT onto N PETERS ST.  Take first RIGHT onto IBERVILLE ST.  Turn RIGHT and enter on the immediate RIGHT the CANAL PLACE PARKING GARAGE.

 

MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY AND SATURDAY UNTIL 1:00 PM:

 

Walk from your car to glass Garage Elevators.  These are the ones in the center of the garage not on the corner.  Take the glass Garage Elevator to the 1st Floor (you will be in a glass elevator that takes you into the mall).  Exit the Elevator to the left and walk all the way across the mall.  Go to the left of the escalator in front of Brooks Brothers clothing store. Look for the sign above the doors that says "Canal Place Office Tower". Walk through those doors and go to the Low Rise Elevators (floors 2-17). Take the elevator to the 15th floor.  Exit the elevator and you through our entrance doors you will see our Reception Desk and our signage and Logo, “Festiva Resorts”.

 

SATURDAY FROM 1:00 PM THROUGH SUNDAY

Walk from your car to glass Garage Elevators.  These are the ones in the center of the garage not on the corner.  Take the glass Garage Elevator to the 1st Floor (you will be in a glass elevator that takes you into the mall).  Exit the Elevator to the left and walk all the way across the mall.  Go to the left of the escalator in front of Brooks Brothers clothing store. Look for the sign above the doors that says "Canal Place Office Tower". Press the white button and the Tower Receptionist will speak to you and/or buzz you into the Tower. Walk through those doors and go to the Low Rise Elevators (floors 2-17) Take the elevator to the 15th floor.  Exit the elevator and enter through our French doors to our Reception Desk noting our Logo, “Festiva Resorts”.
