Q:  How do I know you are a real company?

A:  When you book a vacation here at The Vacation Store, you are doing it on a secure server, and shopping with a verified & registered merchant. We are verified Authorize.net merchants, and we are licensed, bonded & registered with The State of Florida.

LICENSED & REGISTERED SELLER OF TRAVEL- We are licensed, Bonded & registered with the State of Florida as a Seller of Travel. Feel free to call the State of Florida and ask them about us. Since they regulate travel companies in Florida they know if there are any complaints against us. BONDED- The State of Florida also requires us to carry a surety bond. This guarantees you of our performance, and protects you financially when you purchase any of our packages.

Q:  How does this work?

A:  It works just like any other vacation package.

Q:  What do I have to have with me when I check in

A:  Your confirmation letter that we provide for you, a valid drivers license or state issued ID and a major credit card. Click here to see a sample confirmation letter


Q:  How do I prove my income?

A:  You do not have to prove your income.

You only fill out a customer survey during the resort tour that includes a check box with various income levels to choose. You will not be asked for a check stub or tax return. We do require that you do meet the income level to participate in our promotional packages, but no documentation is required.

 


Q:  I have seen deals like this before where you think you are staying in a condo and you end up staying in a cheap hotel. Will this happen to me with your company?

A:  Absolutely not!

You can then call the resort yourself to verify your reservation personally. What you buy from us is what you get.

Q:  Who has to go on the tour & what about my kids during the tour?

A:  The person that tours is the person that the rooms name is in, plus that persons spouse or significant other

if they have one. There is supervised childcare provided during the tour. 

 

So lets say for instance you have 6 people stay with you, 2 are adult friends or family members & 4 are kids. The 2 adults are not required to tour, and the 4 kids can go to daycare or stay with your adult friend travelers.

 


Q:  Can I buy more than 1 vacation from you?

A:  Yes.

You can go to each of our 30 plus destinations at least 1 time per year. We offer multiple properties and Vacation Ownership companies to tour with at most of our destinations, which means you may travel multiple times to any destination where we offer more than 1 property.

Q:  How do I get my confirmation letter?

A:  Your confirmation letter will be available online on our website here at the The Vacation Store. We send you a private link via email to your confirmation letter. Click here to see a sample confirmation letter

Your confirmation letter will contain a map, driving directions, a re-cap of your package details, and everything else you will need to know.


Q:  Can I stay longer?

A:  Sometimes

Q: Will I have to give a credit card to request a reservation? 

A: Yes.

Yes, your credit card will be charged at the time of purchase of your package. The resort may also ask when you arrive that you allow them to put a temporary holding charge on your card for incidentals, such as Telephone, room service, in room movies etc.

Q:  Do I have to purchase anything or join a club to take advantage of your Vacation offers?

A:  NO
You do not have to purchase any memberships, or additional night’s of lodging, now or during your vacation, to take advantage of our Vacation offers.


 

Q: What happens after I book my package online?
 

A: We do all of the work needed to book your dates at your desired resort. Once we complete this, You will receive an email with a private link to your confirmation letter, which is made available right here on our website. Your confirmation letter will contain a map, driving directions, a re-cap of your package details, and everything else you will need to know. Q:  Is my credit card transaction done securely?
 

A: Yes!

Your transaction is done safely and securely. If you are not comfortable using the internet to purchase your vacation package you can pay over the phone with your credit card or checking account. Q:  When will my credit card be charged?
 

A: Your credit card will be charged at the time of making your reservation.

Q:  How many people can travel with me using my package?
 

A: While packages will vary somewhat by destination, in most cases,  the packages are for 2 adults and 2 children under the age of 18. Some packages can be used by more people, if that is the case, the package will say so.

 

Each offer has the exact terms & conditions listed! Larger rooms/units that sleep more and the details of how many persons can use a package is outlined in each offer.

 


 

Q:  Are these packages available to more than one family or group that is traveling together that would need more than 1 package or room?
 

A:  The Vacation Store does not offer these packages to multiple families or groups of people traveling together, if they would require more than 1 room or package. This is due to us working with resorts that promote their property to potential customers with these special discounted offers. Because of this, they prefer us to not send groups of people traveling together.

 


 

Q:  How much time will I have to spend touring the resort?
 

A: Your vacation package includes a tour at the host resort that lasts about 90 minutes. The tour is exciting and done in a friendly relaxing environment usually at the sponsoring resort or its Welcome Center. Most times the resort provides complementary drinks and snacks and even entire breakfast or lunch buffets during the tour. Remember, you are not required to buy, join or sign anything during the tour and are welcome to ask any questions regarding the presentation, the resort and vacation ownership.

 


 

Q:  What if I need to change my travel dates or cancel my vacation package?
