guaranteed your arrival until 3:00AM, after which, if there is no
notification, the reservation is cancelled.
Arrivals after 3:00AM may be required to be secured by a credit card.
No Pets Are Allowed. Any expenses
incurred, other than the actual room charges, are the responsibility
of the user (sales and resort taxes, meals, transportation, phone,
roll-a-ways, key deposits and items of personal nature.
Your promotional Tour
You will be taking your promotional
resort tour at The Radisson Worldgate Resort. Driving directions to The
Radisson Worldgate Resort from Vacation Villa's At Fantasy World
Resort are in this letter below.
Do not
let anyone change the location or time of your tour but us. Failure to tour
at the assigned resort in this letter, will result in you
being charged $350.00.
You must
arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.
WHAT TO EXPECT
AT THE TOUR
- Upon arrival, at the Welcome Center,
one of the cheerful front desk representatives will greet you. After
registration your vacation representative will answer any and all of
your questions and ask for your comments. That is all
there is to it! You will be helping them and they will have the
opportunity to show that comfortable vacations, in exotic locales,
at a reasonable price are no longer just a dream!
TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OFFER - This offer is limited to married couples &
cohabiting adults at between 28-65 years old, with a yearly
household income of at least $50,000 before taxes. If you are cohabiting, you must both possess photo
identification, with the same physical address. If married or
cohabiting, both must travel and attend the 90 minute presentation
together. No Florida residents living in Orange, Osceola,
Seminole, Volusia, Lake, Polk or Brevard counties, or full time students are eligible
for this offer.
Two forms of
identification are required. Acceptable identifications are a
driver’s license and a major credit card (Master Card, Visa,
American Express or Discover). Regular ATM & Bank Debit cards are not acceptable. You must not have toured the Radisson Worldgate Resort in the last 12
months. Limit one promotional package per household. No group travel is
permitted. A group is considered more than one family traveling
together to the same resort location, with the same arrival dates,
staying in more than 1 unit. This vacation package may not be combined with any other vacation package
or vacation offer. You must bring this confirmation letter with you.
CHANGES AND
CANCELLATIONS
- If you find it necessary to change or cancel your reservation,
call The Vacation Store at 1-888-972-1595. All changes and
cancellations must be made at least 4 days prior to arrival date.
Failure to cancel or arrive will result in guest being charged for
room nights at rack rate. Failure to meet the above
qualifications will result in vacation offer being null and void and
guest being charged for all room nights at rack rate. You must
meet all qualifications as stated above in order to check in.
Arriving for room nights, presentation and/or gifts will acknowledge
your agreement of all terms and conditions of this offer.
You
will be staying at Vacation Villa's At Fantasy World. But your 90 minute tour will
be at the nearby Radisson Worldgate Resort. It is just a short drive
away from Vacation Villa's At Fantasy World to The Radisson Worldgate Resort. The
directions to the resort and to the tour from the resort are below.

International Airport (MCO):
Take the south airport exit (417
South). Take 535 (exit #6) and proceed to the 2nd traffic light and
turn left onto S.R. 535. Go approximately 3 miles to Kyngs Heath Rd.
(traffic light) and turn right. Fantasy world Club Villas
registration center is approximately 1/4 on the right next to tennis
courts.
Directions from North Florida and
Georgia:
I-75 South to Florida Turnpike South.
Go to I-4 West and continue approximately 4 miles on I-4 West to
SR-535 South (Lake Buena Vista - Exit 68) and turn left onto S.R.
535. Go approximately 3 miles to Kyngs Heath Rd. (traffic light) and
turn right. Fantasy world Club Villas registration center is
approximately 1/4 on the right next to tennis courts.
Directions from Tampa:
I-4 East to Highway 192 East (Exit
64A). Continue on 192 East for approximately 3 miles to marker 11
(Olive Garden Restaurant) on left. Turn left on Hart Ave., which
runs directly into Fantasy world Club Villas registration center.
Directions from Miami:
I-Florida Turnpike North to Exit 249
(Osceola Parkway) and turn left. Continue on Osceola Parkway. After
the toll booth, take the first exit (SR 535) and turn left. Go to
Kyngs Heath Rd. and turn right. Fantasy world Club Villas
registration center is approximately 1/4 on the right next to tennis
courts.
