Check in time to the Welcome Center is

4:00PM or later.  you must call the Welcome Center, on the day of your arrival, to arrange for late check in. We have guaranteed your arrival until 3:00AM, after which, if there is no notification, the reservation is cancelled.

 

Arrivals after 3:00AM may be required to be secured by a credit card. No Pets Are Allowed. Any expenses incurred, other than the actual room charges, are the responsibility of the user (sales and resort taxes, meals, transportation, phone, roll-a-ways, key deposits and items of personal nature.

 

Your promotional Tour

 

You will be taking your promotional resort tour at The Calypso Cay Resort. Driving directions to The Calypso Cay Resort from Enclave Suites are in this letter below.

 

To get your tour time set up YOU MUST call (407) 997-1600 (ext 7401 or ext 7421) between the hours of 8:00am - 2:00pm Eastern standard time (Orlando time) NO LESS than 5 days prior to arriving in Orlando. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Use Tour Code "The Welcome Center" when calling. You must call prior to arrival, or you will not be allowed to tour.  

 

Do not let anyone change the location or time of your tour but us. Failure to tour at the assigned resort in this letter, will result in you being charged $350.00. You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE TOUR - Upon arrival, at the Welcome Center, one of the cheerful front desk representatives will greet you. After registration your vacation representative will answer any and all of your questions and ask for your comments. That is all there is to it! You will be helping them and they will have the opportunity to show that comfortable vacations, in exotic locales, at a reasonable price are no longer just a dream!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OFFER - This offer is limited to married couples & cohabiting adults between 25-68 years old, and single woman between 30-68 years old with a yearly household income of at least $50,000 before taxes. If you are cohabiting, you must both possess photo identification, with the same physical address. If married or cohabiting, both must travel and attend the 90 minute presentation together.

No residents of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Volusia, Miami Dade or Broward Counties in the state of Florida are eligible for this offer. No single men without a live in significant other or full time students are eligible for this offer. Two forms of identification are required. Acceptable identifications are a driver’s license and a major credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover).  Regular ATM & Bank Debit cards are not acceptable. You must not have toured the Calypso Cay resort in the last 12 months.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS - If you find it necessary to change or cancel your reservation, call The Vacation Store at 1-888-972-1595.  All changes and cancellations must be made at least 4 days prior to arrival date. Failure to cancel or arrive will result in guest being charged for room nights at rack rate. Failure to meet the above qualifications will result in vacation offer being null and void and guest being charged for all room nights at rack rate. You must meet all qualifications as stated above in order to check in. Arriving for room nights, presentation and/or gifts will acknowledge your agreement of all terms and conditions of this offer

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

 

You will be staying at Enclave Suites. But your 90 minute tour will be at the nearby Calypso Cay Resort. It is just a short drive away from Enclave Suites to The Calypso Cay Resort. The directions to the resort and to the tour from the resort are below.

Directions from Orlando International Airport (MCO):

  • Start out going SOUTH on AIRPORT BLVD

  • Turn SLIGHT LEFT to take the ramp toward TERMINAL B/SR-436/NORTH EXIT/SR-528-TOLL

  • Stay STRAIGHT to go onto AIRPORT BLVD.

  • Take the SR-528-TOLL W exit, EXIT 1B, toward I-4/ INTERNATIONAL DRIVE/ FLORIDA'S TURNPIKE.

  • Merge onto FL-528 TOLL W (Portions toll).

  • Take the SR-482/MCCOY RD exit, EXIT 8, toward SAND LAKE RD.

  • Stay STRAIGHT to go onto MCCOY RD/FL-482 W.

  • Keep RIGHT at the fork to go on FL-482 W.

  • Turn RIGHT onto UNIVERSAL BLVD.

  • Turn LEFT onto CARRIER DR.

  • 6165 CARRIER DR is on the RIGHT.

  • Merge onto FL-535 S via EXIT 68 toward KISSIMMEE.

  • Turn RIGHT onto CALYPSO CAY WAY.

  • End at 4951 CALYPSO CAY WAY on the RIGHT.
