Check in time to the Welcome Center is

4:00PM to 3:00AM If you will be arriving after 3:00AM you must call the Welcome Center, on the day of your arrival, to arrange for late check in. We have guaranteed your arrival until 3:00AM, after which, if there is no notification, the reservation is cancelled.

Arrivals after 3:00AM may be required to be secured by a credit card. No Pets Are Allowed. Any expenses incurred, other than the actual room charges, are the responsibility of the user (sales and resort taxes, meals, transportation, phone, roll-a-ways, key deposits and items of personal nature.

Your promotional Tour

You will be taking your promotional resort tour at The Calypso Cay Resort. Driving directions to The Calypso Cay Resort from The Clarion Resort are in this letter below.  Do not let anyone change the location or time of your tour but us. To get your tour time set up YOU MUST call (407) 997-1600 (ext 7401 or ext 7421) between the hours of 8:00am - 2:00pm Eastern standard time (Orlando time) NO LESS than 5 days prior to arriving in Orlando. NO EXCEPTIONS!! Use Tour Code "The Welcome Center" when calling. You must call prior to arrival, or you will not be allowed to tour. Failure to tour at the assigned resort in this letter, will result in you being charged $350.00. You must arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.

WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE TOUR - Upon arrival, at the Welcome Center, one of the cheerful front desk representatives will greet you. After registration your vacation representative will answer any and all of your questions and ask for your comments. That is all there is to it! You will be helping them and they will have the opportunity to show that comfortable vacations, in exotic locales, at a reasonable price are no longer just a dream!

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF OFFER - This offer is limited to married couples & cohabiting adults between 25-68 years old, and single woman between 30-68 years old with a yearly household income of at least $50,000 before taxes. If you are cohabiting, you must both possess photo identification, with the same physical address. If married or cohabiting, both must travel and attend the 90 minute presentation together.

No residents of Brevard, Lake, Orange, Osceola, Polk, Seminole, Volusia, Miami Dade or Broward Counties in the state of Florida are eligible for this offer. No single men without a live in significant other or full time students are eligible for this offer.

Two forms of identification are required. Acceptable identifications are a driver’s license and a major credit card (Master Card, Visa, American Express or Discover).  Regular ATM & Bank Debit cards are not acceptable. You must not have toured the Calypso Cay resort in the last 12 months.

CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS - If you find it necessary to change or cancel your reservation, call The Vacation Store at 1-888-972-1595.  All changes and cancellations must be made at least 4 days prior to arrival date. Failure to cancel or arrive will result in guest being charged for room nights at rack rate. Failure to meet the above qualifications will result in vacation offer being null and void and guest being charged for all room nights at rack rate. You must meet all qualifications as stated above in order to check in. Arriving for room nights, presentation and/or gifts will acknowledge your agreement of all terms and conditions of this offer.

DRIVING DIRECTIONS

You will be staying at The Clarion Resort. But your 90 minute tour will be at the nearby Calypso Cay Resort. It is just a short drive away from the Clarion Resort to The Calypso Cay Resort. The directions to the resort and to the tour from the resort are below.

DIRECTIONS TO THE CLARION RESORT & WATERPARK

From the South:

• Take the FL turnpike to exit 242
• Make a left turn onto US Hwy 192
• Clarion Resort will be two miles on the right

From the North:

• Take the FL turnpike to exit 244
• Make a right turn onto US Hwy 192
• Remain in the far right lane
• Clarion Resort will be on the right

From the Airport:

• Take South exit for Boggy Creek Rd
• Make a right at intersection of Boggy Creek Rd
• Boggy Creek Rd turns into Simpson Rd
• Follow Simpson Rd to US Hwy 192
• Make a left turn onto US Hwy 192
• At the next light make a U-turn
• Clarion Resort will be on the right

From the West:

• Take US Hwy 192 East until you reach Kissimmee/St.Cloud
• Make a U-turn at the entrance to the turnpike
• Clarion Resort will be on your right
